Should we raise some pastured chickens?

Doug Pillbeam from Cross the Creek Farm in Stittville will be raising some pastured broilers for us again this year. Doug is the one that also started the Thanksgiving turkeys for us last year that came out amazing!

We are just looking for an idea of how many we should raise this year. Doug will be raising the chickens and I will be doing the processing and as always pickup will be here at WintersGrass Farm.

If you are interested in getting some local pasture raised chickens then shoot me an email or text with how many you think you would want. No commitment is necessary at this time we just need any idea of how much interest there is. Prices will be in the $4.25 to $4.50 per lb range.
