Quarter Beef - Deposit
Now taking pre orders for spring beef ONLY ready in June and July of 2023. I will open up pre orders for fall in a few months so please hold off for now if you want you want fall beef.
Deposit is $200 per quarter ordered. To order a half beef simply order 2 quarters.

$5.50 per lb based on hanging weight for a quarter beef and
$5.25 per lb based on hanging weight for a half beef
(half beef orders can be custom cut to your preferences)
Take home weights are 25-30% less due to trimming and boning. Includes cut, vacuum sealed packaging, and freezing.
A quarter beef cow will range in size from 125 to 175lbs hanging weight.
Each quarter generally ranges from 150 to 175lbs
Each half generally ranges from 300 to 350lbs
What you can expect to get (approximately) from a 125 pound hanging quarter.
Steak: 15 - 20 lbs - Such as Filet Mignon, New York Strip or T-bone,Porterhouse, Delmonico, Flat Iron or Chuck steaks, Sirloin, Sirloin Tip, Hanger, Flank, and Skirt steaks.
Roasts: 20lbs - Such as Chuck, Shoulder, Eye Round, Top Round, Bottom Round, Sirloin Tip, and Brisket
Ground Beef: 38 lbs
Other: 19 lbs - Ribs, Shanks, Soup Bones, Stew Meat
Fat: 8 lbs of fat - For making tallow
Requires 2 to 3 cubic feet of freezer space per quarter of beef
